GLP-1 medications reduce appetite — but they don’t teach you how to nourish yourself with a smaller appetite, stabilize energy, protect muscle, manage side effects, or rebuild trust with food and your body. They don’t teach you how to move in supportive ways or build habits that last once the scale starts to shift.

That’s where thoughtful, ongoing GLP-1 coaching makes a real difference.

GLP-1s can be powerful tools — but they are not a quick fix, and they’re not “cheating.” They don’t replace the work of caring for your body. They make that work more possible.

Overweight and obesity are not personal failures. They’re shaped by biology, hormones, genetics, stress, medications, sleep, environment, and decades of diet culture that taught many women to override their bodies instead of listen to them.

For many women, midlife hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause add another layer of complexity — making weight changes feel sudden, confusing, and deeply frustrating.

Together, we focus on nutrition, movement, digestion, mindset, and sustainable routines — so weight loss happens alongside strength, confidence, and long-term health — not at their expense. Zepbound & GLP-1 Coaching Experience

I’ve supported many women using GLP-1 medications, with Zepbound (i.e. Tirzepatide) being the one I’m most experienced with. I’ve seen the patterns, the hurdles, and the breakthroughs firsthand — and I understand how profoundly these medications can shift appetite, digestion, mindset, and daily habits. While Zepbound is my primary area of expertise, I’m happy to support clients using other GLP-1 medications as well.

GLP-1s can make weight loss easier. But living in a new body? Eating with a smaller appetite? Adjusting to your new normal?

That requires support, clarity, and structure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications like Zepbound?

No. I don’t prescribe medication or provide medical advice. My role is to support you alongside your medical provider — helping you navigate food, habits, side effects, and daily life while using a GLP-1.


Do you work only with Zepbound?

Zepbound is the GLP-1 I have the most experience supporting, but I work with women using a variety of GLP-1 medications. The principles of nutrition, habit-building, and side-effect support apply across medications.


Will you give me a meal plan?

I don’t provide rigid meal plans. Instead, I help you build flexible, realistic eating strategies that work with a smaller appetite, reduce nausea, and support protein, fiber, and energy — without feeling restrictive.


What if I’m already losing weight on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound — do I still need coaching?

Many women seek coaching because the medication is working. Appetite changes, digestion slows, and old habits can resurface in new ways. Coaching helps you adapt, protect muscle, manage side effects, and feel grounded in your new normal.


How long do clients usually work with you?

This is a month-to-month program. Some clients work with me for a few months during early adjustments; others stay longer for ongoing support through plateaus, travel, stress, muscle-building, or maintenance. You’re always in control.


Is this a good fit if I’m nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure?

Absolutely. You don’t need to have anything figured out. This work is designed for women who want calm, compassionate guidance — not pressure, perfection, or judgment.
