I’m Robyn, and I’m thrilled you’re here. Before we dive into the possibility of working together, let me share a bit about who I am and why I’m passionate about guiding women on their health journeys.

But beyond the formal qualifications, what truly defines me is my “un”resume – fifteen years dedicated to helping women transform their health + undergoing my own weight loss journey.
I’ve been there.
- I was the fat kid
- I’ve eaten the entire bag of chips (and pint of ice cream) in one sitting
- I’ve punished myself with exercise
- I’ve poked and prodded all the bits I despised in the mirror
- I’ve cried on the scale
- I’ve done all the fad diets
This personal struggle gifted me the insight to comprehend what it takes to lose weight in an inspired and empowered manner, fostering the self-trust needed to nourish your body without succumbing to diets or deprivation.
After several years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a large financial services company, I knew the corporate world just wasn’t for me. I followed my heart and soul to a different calling – assisting women in creating healthier and more fulfilling lives. Since 2009, I’ve been dedicated to this mission, driven by the understanding derived from my own journey.
If you haven’t been down this road, you simply can’t understand what it’s like to be at war with food and your body.
In 1998, I said goodbye to my home state of New Jersey and headed out west with my husband, Brett. We recently followed our hearts and left the Denver metro area behind for small town mountain living in Salida, Colorado – one of the most beautiful places on this planet. Just look at this sky!
My clients inspire me daily with their bravery, resilience, and fierceness. And if you’re thinking, “that’s not me,” trust me, you’re mistaken.
Ensuring I show up for my clients with a full tank involves carving out plenty of space for restoration and fun. In my free time, you’ll find me exploring this amazing world (Iceland + Patagonia blew my mind), snowshoeing, camping, hiking, reading, cheering on the Colorado Avalanche, waking way too early on a Sunday to watch Formula 1 Racing – and spending time with my husband + beautiful friends.
If we decide to embark on this journey together, rest assured I won’t hand you another diet plan or a strict set of rules. Instead, we’ll strap on our backpacks and embark on an expedition to unveil what sane, sustainable, and empowered healthy living looks like for you.
There will be hills to climb and rivers to cross, but there will also be breathtaking vistas and soul-warming campfires along the way.
It would be my deepest honor to walk this journey with you.
