About Robyn

Welcome!

I’m Robyn, and I’m so glad you’re here. Before we explore working together, I’d love to share a bit about who I am, why I care deeply about this work, and how I help women create lasting, meaningful change.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where women feel supported, heard, and empowered to make sustainable shifts in their health. Think of me as a steady guide and thoughtful strategist for your wellness journey.

With nearly 20 years of experience in health coaching, fitness planning, and holistic wellness, I’ve helped countless women create meaningful, lasting change. My superpower? Helping you think differently about food, movement, and habits — and turning that clarity into practical strategies that work in your real life.

Whether it’s shaping flexible eating patterns you genuinely enjoy, building strength in ways that feel sustainable, or gently addressing stress and sleep, I walk alongside you. Together, we create habits that support your healthiest, happiest self.

My Experience as a Health Coach and GLP-1 Support Specialist

My background blends formal training with years of hands-on coaching experience:

  • BS, Environmental Sciences/Biology Education, Rutgers University
  • Precision Nutrition Coach (2018-present)
  • Certified Health Coach (2010-present), American Council on Exercise
  • Certified Personal Trainer (2009-2018), American Council on Exercise
  • Behavior Change Specialist, American Council on Exercise
  • GLP-1 Weight Loss Support Training, Health Coach Institute

What truly defines me is my “un-resume” — more than fifteen years spent supporting women through meaningful health transformations, along with my own personal experience navigating weight loss and long-term change.

I was the fat kid.
I’ve eaten the entire bag of chips (and the pint of ice cream).
I’ve punished myself with grueling workouts.
I’ve stood in front of the mirror criticizing every inch.
I’ve cried on the scale.
I’ve done all the fad diets.

Those experiences shaped me. They taught me what it truly takes to lose weight and find balance in a sustainable, empowered way. They gave me the insight to help other women build self-trust, nourish their bodies, and step out of the exhausting cycle of diets and deprivation.

How I Work

My approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral and behavior change coaching methods, which means I focus on creating sustainable change — not quick fixes. Your unique goals, challenges, and needs are always at the center of our work together.

We’ll co-create a roadmap for what sane, sustainable, and empowered healthy living looks like for you. No rigid rules. No cookie-cutter plans. Just a partnership grounded in compassion, practical tools, and steady support.

This approach is especially important for women navigating midlife weight changes, muscle preservation, or weight loss while using GLP-1 medications. Sustainable health requires steadiness — not extremes.

There will be challenges along the way — but there will also be real wins, growing confidence, and meaningful progress you can feel proud of.

Giving Back & Living Fully

Outside of coaching, I give back locally through volunteer work. I previously served with Ark Valley Helping Hands supporting seniors, and now volunteer with Chaffee Mutual Aid, helping purchase and deliver groceries to families experiencing food insecurity. Community involvement is an important part of my life outside of my coaching practice.

When I’m not supporting my clients or volunteering, you’ll find me:

  • Getting my hands dirty (literally) in my pottery studio
  • Following Formula 1 racing a little too closely — I attended my first Grand Prix in Montreal in 2018
  • Cheering on the Colorado Avalanche
  • Hiking and exploring the mountains near home
  • Traveling whenever I can (Iceland and Patagonia hold a special place in my heart)
  • Spending time with my husband, Brett, and my close-knit circle of friends

Let’s Work Together

If you’re ready to approach your health in a steadier, more sustainable way — with someone who truly understands — I’d love to walk this path with you.

Let’s take the next step together.

💙 Robyn

Why Chickadee?

“We learned to be patient observers like the owl. We learned cleverness from the crow, and courage from the jay, who will attack an owl ten times its size to drive it off its territory. But above all of them ranked the chickadee – because of its indomitable spirit.” ~Tom Brown Jr.
