I’m all about creating spaces where people feel supported, heard, and truly empowered to become the best version of themselves. Think of me as your personal cheerleader, guide, and strategist for all things wellness!
With over 20 years of experience in health coaching, fitness planning, and holistic wellness, I’ve helped countless individuals make lasting transformations. My superpower? Crafting personalized wellness strategies that fit your life like a glove. Whether it’s building a nutrition plan you actually enjoy, finding a fitness routine you’ll stick to, or tackling stress and sleep issues head-on, I’m here to help you unlock your healthiest, happiest self.

What truly defines me is my “un”resume – fifteen years dedicated to helping women transform their health + undergoing my own weight loss journey.
I was the fat kid.
I’ve eaten the entire bag of chips (and the pint of ice cream).
I’ve punished myself with grueling workouts.
I’ve poked and prodded the bits I despised in the mirror.
I’ve cried on the scale.
I’ve done all the fad diets.
These experiences taught me what it truly takes to lose weight and find balance in an inspired, empowered way. They gave me the insight to help others build self-trust, nourish their bodies, and embrace a life of wellness without the cycle of diets and deprivation.
How I Work
My approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral methods, which means I focus on creating sustainable changes—not quick fixes. Your unique goals, challenges, and needs are always at the center of everything we do together. And the best part? You’re never in it alone.
We’ll co-create a roadmap for what sane, sustainable, and empowered healthy living looks like for you. No rigid rules, no cookie-cutter plans. Just a partnership rooted in compassion, practical tools, and plenty of encouragement.
If we decide to embark on this journey together, there will be hills to climb and rivers to cross, but there will also be moments of triumph, breathtaking vistas, and plenty of soul-warming campfires along the way.
Giving Back & Living Fully
Outside of coaching, I’m deeply passionate about giving back to my community. I’m a proud volunteer with Ark Valley Helping Hands, where I support local seniors with everything from grocery runs to tech help to simply being good company. It’s a role close to my heart that constantly reminds me of the power of connection and care.
When I’m not cheering on my clients or volunteering, you’ll find me:
- Getting my hands dirty (literally) with pottery
- Geeking out over the latest Formula 1 race
- Cheering on the Colorado Avalanche
- Exploring the great outdoors—hiking, camping, and snowshoeing are my go-tos
- Traveling the world (Iceland and Patagonia hold a special place in my heart)
- Spending time with my husband, Brett, and my close-knit circle of friends
