Putting an End to Fat Shaming
Wow, she gained a lot of weight. She has such a pretty face - if she could just lose the weight. She shouldn't be wearing that. She could stand to drop a few pounds. Look at all the food on her plate. Lazy! Anytime we make negative judgments about others based on size, appearance or weight - it's fat shaming. It's time to put an end to this type of conversation. In other … [Read more...] about Who Succeeds at Losing Weight (for GOOD)

SO, I recorded a call and set up a web page devoted to the topic. And it's all yours - for FREE. No strings. Why? I want as many women as possible to find peace with food and their bodies. It's my mission. My passion. Over the weekend, I started reading Chris Guillebeau's new book, The Happiness of Pursuit. His book isn't about weight loss, but he wrote something that made me go hmm. "Losing weight or getting out of debt are worthy pursuits, but they shouldn't be a … [Read more...] about The Art of Joy Eating
